That's part of the reason I grow an abundance of paste tomato plants, as well as more slicing tomato plants than I could ever eat the crop from just as tomatoes. I'm going to try and grow enough for making spaghetti sauce, but usually I have to buy some. I make it and put it in recycled yogurt containers and freeze it - there's nothing like it!
